Let’s jump into my computer and I’ll show you behind the scenes of how I use e-webinar for my violin studio. On my website, you can see the popup titled, “Why you are not realizing your true Violinist potential,” which is the webinar I created. This popup appears for visitors to register for the webinars.
When they click to register, they are directed to a landing page where they can learn more about the webinar. You’ll notice in the upper left that my logo is displayed, ensuring it’s branded with my business. Visitors can then decide if they want to register. If they do, a window appears allowing them to select a session time and enter their name and email. This process is very simple and streamlined through the e-webinar platform.

Exploring e-webinar’s Features and the Law of Vibration in Practice
Now, let’s visit the e-webinar platform to see how it works. This is the platform I’ve chosen for my webinars. You can sign up for free by clicking the button in the upper right corner. If you use my link, I’ll receive a $100 cash reward, which helps support the content I create on this YouTube channel.
In this video, I’ll give you a brief overview of e-webinar so you can get a behind-the-scenes look. On the right side of the screen, you’ll find share widgets, analytics, registrants, and editing tools. The share tool provides a link for sharing across social media. If you want to add it to your website, like I did, simply go into your widgets and select the registration or marketing page. You can choose from several options such as an embed form, a fixed bar button, a pop-up, or a card. I opted for the pop-up, but you can customize it with colors and layout. At the bottom, you’ll find a code to copy and paste into your website. I used the Snippets plugin to add it to my site. From there, you can access analytics, registrants, and make edits.

Editing Your Webinar Settings with the Law of Vibration in Mind
Let’s take a look at the edit section. You can set the time zone, which is crucial for scheduling the webinar. Having a specific time allows you to interact with attendees if they have questions during the webinar. If you’re not available, the questions will be sent to your email, and you can respond later. This interaction is key to keeping your audience engaged. You can also edit the registration page and adjust other settings as needed. When you create a space where your audience feels valued and understood, you’re aligning with the Law of Vibration by raising the frequency of your interactions.

My Love for Numbers

Since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by numbers. They would imprint themselves in my mind like a photographic memory. This skill was handy, especially when I needed to remember phone numbers—before cell phones had contact lists. My mom would often ask me, “What was that phone number?” and I became her walking contact list. To this day, I still remember my childhood phone number and my friends’ numbers, all thanks to the power of numbers.

The Power of Numbers

At the time, I didn’t realize the true power of numbers. We’ve all heard of the power of words—what we think, we create. But numbers are another language. Much like music, numbers have their own language, one that can be just as impactful. As a lifelong musician, I’ve been trained to recognize patterns, and in fact, patterns surround us. Take the Fibonacci sequence in nature, visible in shells, for example. This brings us to why you’re seeing repeating numbers.

Reason 1: Repeating Numbers Get Your Attention

Repeating numbers catch your attention. You might first notice them on clocks, license plates, or odometers. You might wonder, “Why do I keep seeing these numbers?” The answer is simple: they interrupt your usual pattern. They act as signals, urging you to stop and take notice. It’s a moment of awakening—a reminder to think beyond the ordinary and recognize the language of numbers.

Reason 2: Messages Are Being Sent to Help You

Repeating numbers are not random; they’re messages being sent to guide you. When I first began noticing 11:11 in 2011, I didn’t understand why. But as I saw other patterns, like 4:14 or waking up at 3:11, I started researching the language of numbers. I soon realized they were meant to communicate and support me on my journey.

Reason 3: Your Higher Self is Calling

When you’re going through tough times, you might see 4:4:4 frequently. This number offers love and support, reminding you to calm down and trust the guidance you’re receiving. It’s a signal to reconnect with your higher self and align with your life’s mission.

Reason 4: Meditation is Key

It’s time to meditate. In the hustle and bustle of life, we often lose touch with ourselves. Meditation helps you reconnect with your inner self. You don’t need a quiet space for meditation—you can turn everyday activities into a form of mindfulness. Whether you’re making your bed, washing dishes, or playing an instrument, staying present helps you align with your inner energy.

Reason 5: Be Open, Be Still, Be Calm

Finally, to receive the messages from repeating numbers, be open, still, and calm. By slowing down and eliminating worries, you create space for answers to emerge. Peace is powerful, and by staying still, you can reconnect with your higher self and tap into your inner power.

How to Make Profitable Digital Products with 3 Simple Tools

You’ve decided it’s time to make digital products to help your clients and boost your sales, but you are stuck on how to make these tools for profitable digital products. In this video, I will show you three super easy and free platforms that you can use to create them.

Hi, I’m Heather Kaye, and I help female creative entrepreneurs leverage their artistic strengths to create a business and life they love.

Platforms Overview

The three platforms I will show you with exact examples of how I use them to create digital products are: Canva, Google Drive, and Keynote. But before we get into it, if you’re still struggling with ideas, download my profitable digital product idea generator journal to get your juices flowing, and you can check out the digital product idea video I created in the corner of this video.

Starting with Canva

Okay, let’s hop into my computer, and we’ll start with Canva. So here we are at Canva.com.

I am using a paid account, but you can do everything I’m going to show you with a free account. If you do choose to have a paid account, I have a link in the description below, and if you use my link, I may or may not receive an affiliate commission at no cost to you; however, that affiliate commission helps keep this YouTube channel going.

Creating a Design

Let’s get into it. You want to go over here to click “Create a Design,” and this will pop up. You want to go ahead and click on Proposal if you’re making a checklist or a guidebook of some sort. This proposal template is really wonderful.

Choosing a Template

So this is what will open up, and what you want to do is just kind of peruse through these templates and find one that piques your fancy. Just keep in mind, you can change everything out of these templates no problem.

Free vs. Paid Account

Now, I mentioned I have a paid account. The difference between the free and paid accounts is everything here that is without a crown and says Pro that is free, everything that has a crown that says Pro is not for you—it comes with a paid account. So, you get quite a bit more options with a paid account, but you can easily get this done effortlessly with a free account as well.

Customizing the Template

So you just click on whatever looks good to you, and then you bring it into the main window by clicking on it. These elements can all be changed to different colors. You can use your branding colors, and what’s really cool is that if you just want to change them all, you can click Change All, and it will change the colors for you.

Let’s pick some random colors for fun, maybe even gradients, which are pretty cool, like light color gradients, and then click Change All to make it easy. You can type in whatever text you want, and if you want to add a new page, you can either duplicate the existing one or move to the next page in the proposal by clicking on it, and it will bring it into the main window. Super easy to do!

Example of a Completed Product

Now, let me show you one that I’ve already created. This is my very popular Raise Your Vibration Guidebook, which I’ve made and it’s completely free as a digital download for everyone in my high-vibe tribe. You can see on the left side, it condenses, but if you click on it, it expands and becomes larger.

I used a proposal template, added my own text, and included my own images. If you want to add an image, you just come over here, click Uploads, or you can go to Photos and search for something like “meditation.” Wonderful pictures will appear. Remember, anything without a crown is completely free to use!

Sharing Your Digital Product in Canva

Once you’re finished, click on Share and then you can download the file to your computer. You can choose PDF Standard for regular use or PDF Print if you think your audience will print it. Check PDF Print if you expect people to print it out. After selecting your preferred option, download it to your computer, and you’re good to go!

Using Google Docs for Digital Products

Let’s now move on to the second way to create a digital product, which is using Google Docs. Here we are in my very busy Google Drive. I’ll click on New, then select Google Doc.

In Google Docs, you can easily type whatever you want and insert images. You can also add tables to create checklists. While it may not be as visually appealing as Canva, it gets the job done. These tools for profitable digital products are great for creating simple, yet effective resources for your audience.

Sharing Your Google Docs Product

When you’re ready to share your Google Docs product, you can copy the link and make sure the document is set to View Only when sharing it, so others can’t edit it. Then, send the link to your audience, and they’ll be able to access your document.

If you use Google Slides for presentations, you can do the same thing. For example, I often use presentations for my workshops. You can create a presentation, share the link, or download it as a PDF by simply clicking Download and choosing PDF Document. This method works both for Google Docs and Slides. Once downloaded, you can repurpose the content for your workshops and sell it on platforms like Payhip or any other digital product selling platform.

Example of Book Creation Process in PicMonkey

For my violin books, I design all the covers in PicMonkey, and I will take you there to show you a bit of that process. Okay, so here I am in my PicMonkey account at picmonkey.com. In order to create my book covers, I keep a template. Everything I do, I keep a template, and I would suggest doing that because it saves you tons of time. So, I’m going to pop into here, this is my template for my book covers. I’m going to just say edit image at this point, but if you do want to edit a copy, you have that option as well so you don’t lose the original. I’m just going to go ahead and edit the image.

These tools for profitable digital products are perfect for creating consistent and professional designs that will help you generate sales.

Adding Images and Text

It doesn’t matter if it’s just a white background or whatever we have here. What I’m going to show you is exactly the same process. So if you want to add an image, you come up here to Add Image. If you want to add text, you come over here and click Text. You can add text using many different fonts. Again, I am using the paid version, but you can get by with the free version absolutely fine. I spent years making digital downloads before I upgraded to the paid version.

I will put a link in the description below if you do want to have the paid version of PicMonkey. Just like Canva, I may or may not receive an affiliate commission; however, if I do, it’s at no cost to you and helps keep this YouTube channel going. These tools for profitable digital products can really make a difference when creating professional-looking designs for your digital resources.

Editing the Text and Graphics

So I’m going to just come here and highlight this text. I want it to be a little bit bigger, “Rhythmic Skills.” This here is from the elements available to you. You can click here on Graphics, and then you’ll see all these wonderful options. This is just a basic graphic that I grabbed here. So I’m going to go ahead and bring this back up a little bit here.

Customizing Colors

You can change the color of this graphic by clicking on it. You’ll have a range of colors, and you can write in your own hex code. It also keeps track of your recently used colors, which is really nice, and you can upload your brand color palettes.

Paid Version Features

So, you see here, I have the paid version, but it’s not the most expensive luxury version. So I also don’t have options like the Plant Brand Color Palette option.

Making Text Smaller

When you want to make your text smaller, just bring it down from the corner, or alternatively, you can change the font size by adjusting the settings on the side. This allows for more precise control over your text size and alignment, ensuring that it fits perfectly within your design.

Downloading Your Image

Once you are happy with your design, it’s time to download it. Click Download here, and choose the file format you prefer. In this case, the image will be saved as a PNG file, which is perfect for high-quality images. You can also select JPEG if you need a smaller file size. If you want to create a PDF document, that option is available too, but please note it requires a paid version of PicMonkey. For now, I’ll stick with PNG and directly download it to my computer.

Inserting the Image in Keynote

Now, let’s head back to Keynote. To replace the existing image with your newly created one, simply click File > Insert and select the new image from your computer. You’ll see an option to click Choose, and the image will be added to your presentation. If you need to add more slides, it’s easy—just duplicate an existing one or create a new blank slide, and then bring in your tags, images, and other elements.

Adding Text in Keynote

To add text in Keynote, go to the Insert menu and select Text Box. A new text box will appear, and you can enter your desired text. It’s a really simple and quick process that allows for easy customization. You can also adjust the font, size, and style of the text to fit your design needs.

Exporting Your File to PDF

After making your final adjustments, you’ll want to export your project as a PDF. Go to the File menu and select Export to PDF. This is a crucial step for creating professional-quality digital products. Ensure that you select the Best quality option for export, then click Save. This ensures your file is high-resolution and ready for use.

If you’re not using this specific design right now, simply delete it so you don’t clutter your workspace.

That’s it! Using Keynote for your digital products is simple and efficient. You can save your work as a PDF and quickly upload it to the platform where you sell your digital products, such as Etsy or your own website.

Number One: 123 as a Sign of New Beginnings and Creative Momentum

When you see these numbers together, it’s a sign of momentum. In fact, they carry the energetic vibration of momentum. You might be wondering, “Okay, that’s great, but what does this mean for me? Why am I seeing these numbers repeatedly?” Well, I’m going to give you four reasons why this could be happening.

Reason One: 123 as a Sign of Progress on Your Path

First, seeing 123 is a sign that you are on the right path. Think of these numbers like pebbles and rocks in a river, each representing one step after another. This is a positive sign. However, this brings us to the next reason.

Reason Two: 123 as a Sign of Blockages on Your Journey

If you’re seeing 123 repeatedly, it might indicate that the fourth step is not being taken. You may have something blocking your progress. So, ask yourself, “What is stopping me from reaching that next level? What is preventing me from finishing that project?”

Lastly, 123 carries the frequency of momentum. This means it’s a perfect time to take that next step, move forward, and continue with your projects.

Now, let’s take a closer look at how I use e-Webinar for my violin studio.

How I Use e-Webinar for My Violin Studio

This is my website, the Heather Kaye Violin website. In the lower-left corner, you can see the “Why You Are Not Realizing Your True Violinist Potential” webinar that I created. This pop-up appears here for people to register for the webinar.

As you can see, you simply click where to register, and you’re taken to a landing page where you can learn more about the webinar. In the upper left, I’ve added my logo, so it’s branded with my style. From here, someone can decide whether or not they want to register.

If they click “Register Now,” a window pops up asking them to “Select a Session to Join” with different time options. They just need to insert their name and email. All of this is done easily via the e-Webinar platform.

Behind the Scenes of e-Webinar

Here on the right side, you have the Share Widgets, Analytics, Registrants, and Edits sections. The Share Tool provides you with the link to share across social media. If you’d like to add it to your website like I did, go to Widgets and click on Registration or Marketing Page. You can choose from Embed Form, Fixed Bar Button, Pop-up, or Card.

I used a pop-up. You simply click on your preferred option, and you can design it here – choose where it appears, what colors you want, etc. At the bottom, you’ll find a code that you can copy and paste into your website.

Managing Registrants and Interaction

Next, you have your Analytics, Registrants, and Edit sections. Let’s pop into Edit. You can easily adjust the time zone to ensure your webinar runs at the right time. This is important if you want to interact with your viewers during the webinar.

Additionally, I’ll show you the Interaction feature. You can create questions and a poll to engage your viewers better. If they ask a question, it’s great to be available to answer it immediately. If not, it goes to your email, and you can respond later.

More Features of e-Webinar

Furthermore, in this section, you can manage chats, registrations, and settings. Editing the registration page is simple, and the platform gives you full control over how the webinar runs.

e-Webinar is incredibly user-friendly, affordable, and has a training section to help you script your webinar and master the platform. There’s no need for expensive courses when e-Webinar offers everything you need.

Self-doubt is your superpower. So let’s reframe how we see self-doubt and how we use it. If we allow self-doubt to be the parasite that comes in and brings us down, causing our confidence to plummet, that’s not ideal. However, if we use the awareness of self-doubt as a trigger to propel us forward, that is something entirely different. Overcoming self-doubt can completely change how we approach challenges and opportunities.

Understanding the Role of Self-Doubt

Let’s get deep into self-doubt. Overcoming it is essential because it acts as an internal enemy, no matter what you do in this world. Whatever your mission is, if self-doubt is present, it’s stopping your forward progression. Self-doubt loves to keep you in your comfort zone so you feel safe. However, this self-doubt-created comfort zone is not a permanent state of being. You may find yourself progressing forward with confidence to a completely new level, and then self-doubt reappears.

The Invisible Battle of Self-Doubt

Self-doubt is practically invisible to others around you. Many people may never know of your internal struggle, just as we don’t know others’ internal struggles with self-doubt. So how do we break the chains of self-doubt? How do we free ourselves from this limiting feeling? As I mentioned before, if we use it as fuel for infinite possibilities, we can turn the negativity into motivation, transforming self-doubt into something that drives us.

Shifting Your Perspective to Overcome Self-Doubt

Overcoming self-doubt is all about changing your perspective. Did you know that your emotions create your future? Emotions directly affect your vibrational frequency because they are part of it. Your emotions are not who you are, but they influence how you are vibrating, resonating, and how people perceive you at any given time. If you’re feeling down, your vibrational frequency is likely low. Conversely, if you’re feeling love and joy, your vibrational frequency is high.

Turning Self-Doubt into Positive Energy

When you doubt yourself, you feel bad, right? It’s like a downward spiral unless you catch it and turn it around. Let’s think about joy. When you feel joy, you are at a higher vibrational frequency. Overcoming self-doubt allows you to experience the joy that is your natural state. Joy resides at a 540 frequency on David Hawkins’ scale, which is above love (500). As human beings, we are infinite beings in a body, and our natural state is joy and love. If we’re not feeling joy and love, something is blocking it.

Releasing Negative Energy and Embracing Self-Love

To return to our natural state of joy, we must release things that bring us down—negative energy, draining people, or situations. Overcoming self-doubt fits perfectly into this process: when we are filled with love and joy, self-doubt cannot exist. Let’s replace self-doubt with self-love.

Every time you have a self-doubt thought, reframe it to one of self-love. For example, instead of saying “I can’t do this. I’m not good enough,” say, “Yes, I can! I am worthy!” When you take that step forward, you align yourself with the support of the universe, helping you succeed. Self-doubt may try to keep us down—when it’s cold, rainy, and we don’t want to get up—but that’s the moment to kick self-doubt out and replace it with self-love and confidence.

Building Confidence to Overcome Self-Doubt

As the saying goes, like attracts like. When we experience self-doubt, it tends to attract more self-doubt unless we reframe it and turn it into fuel. The time to overcome self-doubt is now. What’s the opposite of self-doubt? Confidence and self-love. When you have confidence, there is no space for self-doubt. Self-love, filled with compassion, also leaves no room for self-doubt.

The Power of Confidence and Self-Love

Believe in everything you do and the people you help. You are worthy, you are enough, and you are love. Every step you take, the way you present yourself, the way you greet others—all these are expressions of your confidence. Your unique energy shines through, and by doing so, you set an example for others: “Hey, I can do that too!” By raising your vibration and showing up with confidence and love, you inspire others to do the same.

Practicing Daily Confidence

Confidence is a skill that needs to be developed daily, like a muscle. It is your shield against self-doubt. When you’re feeling confident, the little things in life will no longer bother you, and things will naturally fall into place. Radiating confidence attracts more positivity, and you become aligned with your mission and your true self.

If you believe in yourself, the world will believe in you. Take charge and lead your life like the confident person you are. A helpful practice is to keep a journal where you write down the self-doubts you experience each day and transform them into affirmations or empowering questions.

Reframing Self-Doubt: A Daily Practice

For example, if you have the thought, “I’m not good enough,” transform it into: “I am enough, and I can do this!” Another approach could be to ask: “Why am I feeling so confident today? What’s different?” This practice of self-reflection helps shift the negative mindset to one that is empowering.

Love yourself for who you are right now. Celebrate your actions—getting out of bed, helping others, and being present. This self-love helps to cultivate confidence. Thoughts hold vibrational energy, so it’s important to keep your energy high by focusing on positive affirmations.

How to Cultivate Confidence Every Day

To build confidence, do more of what makes you feel confident. Whether it’s exercising, playing an instrument, or engaging in creative activities, keep moving forward despite the self-doubt that may arise. Set aside time each day to focus on these activities that light you up.

A great practice is to align yourself with your goals as soon as you wake up. Create boundaries to stay focused on your daily tasks that nurture your confidence. The more consistent you are, the easier it will be to maintain your momentum.

What are you focusing on in life? There are things we can change and things we cannot. If our attention is stuck in the past or focused on something from the past, it takes away from our present moment. This is especially true when it comes to the energy we direct and the way we shape our lives. Where your focus goes, grows. Focusing on negative thoughts or unresolved issues can keep us stuck in the past, taking away from our ability to create and manifest in the present.

The Importance of Letting Go of Mistakes
As a performing musician, one of the key lessons I’ve learned and often discuss with my students is that when you make a mistake, if you keep thinking about it or dwelling on it while moving forward, it will affect your current performance. Once a mistake happens, you have to let it go, or your mind will get fixated on it, taking away from the moment you are in. Your energy and focus will shift away from the present, disrupting your flow. Where your focus goes, grows, so release the mistake and move forward.

The Direction of Your Focus Determines Your Energy
Hi, I’m Heather Kaye, a violinist and Vibrational Attunement facilitator. I help people align with the life they want to create. The same rule applies to life: where your focus goes, grows. The direction of your focus determines where your energy flows. But what does that mean in practice? You may be familiar with Tony Robbins’ phrase, “Your energy flows in the direction of your focus.” Essentially, the more attention and effort you dedicate to something, the more it grows in your life.

Each morning, ask yourself: are you actively shaping your day, or are you letting circumstances dictate it for you? Are you intentionally cultivating positivity, or are you caught in a cycle of negative thoughts, attracting even more negativity? The direction of your focus determines not just your thoughts but the vibrational energy you emit, which influences the energy you draw in. Where your focus goes, grows.

The Law of Vibration
This ties back to the fundamental truth: where your focus goes, grows. The energy you emit resonates with the world around you, and in return, you attract similar vibrations. This is the essence of the universal law of vibration. Everything in the universe is energy, and it’s constantly moving. By aligning your energy with the right focus, you can start to change your life by raising your vibration.

Focus on Positivity to Attract More Good
If your attention is fixed on negativity, you’ll naturally attract more of it into your life. But when you focus on the beauty around you, the wonder of simply being alive, and the gift of each breath, you create space for even more positivity. The same applies to gratitude—it draws in more of what you appreciate. That’s why it’s essential to direct your focus toward your goals, rather than the fears that hold you back. Where your focus goes, grows, and focusing on positivity will bring more positive experiences into your life.

Let’s look at this from another angle: the people and situations in your life can influence your vibrational frequency. Jim Rohn famously said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Those individuals play a major role in shaping your success. Do they uplift and support you? Do they celebrate your wins? Or are they subtly draining your energy and holding you back?

As a vibrational being, whether you’re aware of it or not, you are constantly picking up on the vibrational frequencies around you. For instance, you’ve probably walked into a room and felt a heavy energy lingering in the space. This is a clear sign that you are attuned to the energies in your environment. The more open you are to these vibrations, the more sensitive you become. Therefore, it’s crucial to be selective about the people you allow into your life and the ones you spend the most time with. Where your focus goes, grows, and the energy of the people you surround yourself with will have a significant impact on your own energy.

Aligning with High Vibrations in Your Environment
This principle applies not just in the physical world, but also in the online world. Think about who you’re following. Choose to follow individuals who radiate high vibrational frequencies so you can absorb their positive energy and feel their uplifting vibes.

Harnessing the Law of Vibration for Your Benefit
How can you harness the law of vibration – where your focus goes, your energy follows – for your benefit? One way is by focusing on beauty. Surround yourself with environments that elevate your vibrational frequency. Engage in activities that bring joy to your heart. I like to think of the word “enjoy” as being “in joy.” So, what brings you joy? Choose those activities that make you feel “in joy” and direct your focus to them.

Shift Your Perspective on Time and Joy
What stories or excuses are you telling yourself that are keeping you from experiencing that joy? Perhaps you think, “I don’t have enough time to do this or to fit it into my day.” In that case, make it a priority — treat that activity as a non-negotiable, non-optional one, and complete it before noon. Before going to sleep, remind yourself of the feeling you have when engaging in activities that bring you joy, so you’ll be inspired to fill your next day with those moments of happiness. Find the joy in every moment, and actively seek it out. Shift your perspective: instead of thinking, “Oh, I have to go to work or I have to do this,” focus on what you can highlight that will bring you joy.

Make Your Vibrational Energy a Priority
Think to yourself, “I enjoy working with my clients; it’s like having a coffee with a friend.” Focus on bringing more joy into your life. Make your vibrational energy a priority. Where your focus goes, grows. When you keep your vibration high, it will become more effortless. Your vibrational frequency is your most important asset.

Aligning with Your Higher Self
A great exercise is to write down what you envision your life to look like. Picture yourself living through the perspective of your higher self. What does that life look like? Journal your thoughts so that every day, you can align with that vibrational frequency.

I like to think of this as aligning with your higher self, aligning with your true essence. It’s impossible to align with something that you don’t know, so focus on feeling the emotions of what you believe you’ll experience in the future and bring them into your present. This creates a drag-and-drop effect, allowing things to manifest in your life when you practice the exercise of aligning with your true self.

Tuning Your Energy to Attract What You Desire
Let go of anything or anyone that prevents you from staying aligned. Think of it as tuning your energy. If you aren’t living the life you desire, it’s because you aren’t tuned to it. Imagine tuning a violin’s A string to a specific frequency; just like that, you’re living at a particular vibrational frequency, and this is why you’re attracting the things you’re experiencing. To make change effortless, align with the vibrational frequency of what you want to attract. Don’t stress about how it will happen or whether it seems impossible.

Focus on What You Want, Not What You Don’t Want
If you focus on what you want, you’ll attract more of it. However, if you focus on what you don’t want, you’ll attract more of that instead. So, instead of staying stuck in the negative energy of “this isn’t working,” switch to the energy of “this is working.” Naturally, if that relationship or situation is meant to grow, it will; if not, it won’t. But we also need to be willing to release what no longer serves us or what can’t match our higher vibrational frequency.

Maintain Your Vibration with Positive Affirmations
Each morning, take a moment to remind yourself of the life you desire to live, so you can stay in tune with that vibrational frequency. The morning is a powerful time to do this because it sets the tone for your day. Don’t be hard on yourself if you’re not where you want to be yet. Hold faith, and maintain that vibrational frequency as if you are already living that desired life. That’s your only job—holding that frequency.

Use Visualization to Manifest Your Desired Life
So, how can we maintain that vibrational frequency throughout our days? One effective way is by using positive affirmations and visualization to manifest the life you want. You can create personal affirmations that align with your desires, or you can start with basic affirmations to keep yourself in a higher vibrational state.

Focus on Positives to Manifest Quickly
The more you focus on the positives, the quicker they will manifest into your reality. Think of it as your responsibility to be happy, to focus on the good, and to find happiness in every moment. Stay focused on your highest expectations, and the universe will support you. This is the natural law of vibration and the law of attraction at work. You are the magnet for everything you see in your life. What are you choosing to attract?
