Easy to Use Webinar Platform for Online Business

Why e-Webinar is the Ideal Platform for Your Online Workshops

Discover an Easy-to-Use Webinar Platform for Your Business

You know it’s time to create a webinar, but you don’t know where to start. In this video, discover an easy-to-use webinar platform for online businesses that I personally use.

Hi, I’m Heather Kaye, a high-vibe biz and life coach, giving you tools to build a life of your design. For years, I put off creating a webinar simply because I didn’t know the steps to create one. I had no idea how to script the webinar and manage the tech behind it.

My Experience With Webinar Creation

I even spent $600 on a course to learn how to create that webinar, how to script it, and which platform to use. I would definitely not recommend that. Instead, I suggest registering for e-Webinar. I’ll leave a link below and in this video, so you can try it out for free – that’s exactly what I did.

Not only did I love how easy it was to use, but compared to other webinar platforms, e-Webinar is definitely more affordable. A webinar is an excellent tool for people to register for your workshop, learn more about your teaching style, and, typically, at the end of the webinar, you can present an offer for your course or academy that you are wanting to funnel people into.

e-Webinar Features

Furthermore, with e-Webinar, there’s a training video that walks you through exactly how to create the webinar, script it, and utilize the platform to market your webinar effectively.

Now, let’s take a closer look at how I use e-Webinar for my violin studio.

How I Use e-Webinar for My Violin Studio

This is my website, the Heather Kaye Violin website. In the lower-left corner, you can see the “Why You Are Not Realizing Your True Violinist Potential” webinar that I created. This pop-up appears here for people to register for the webinar.

As you can see, you simply click where to register, and you’re taken to a landing page where you can learn more about the webinar. In the upper left, I’ve added my logo, so it’s branded with my style. From here, someone can decide whether or not they want to register.

If they click “Register Now,” a window pops up asking them to “Select a Session to Join” with different time options. They just need to insert their name and email. All of this is done easily via the e-Webinar platform.

Exploring the e-Webinar Platform

Let’s now head over to the e-Webinar platform so you can see what this looks like. This is the platform I chose for my webinar. You can sign up for free in the upper right-hand corner.

Note that if you sign up through my link, I’ll receive a $100 cash reward that helps support me in creating and sharing these videos with you on my YouTube channel.

Behind the Scenes of e-Webinar

Here on the right side, you have the Share Widgets, Analytics, Registrants, and Edits sections. The Share Tool provides you with the link to share across social media. If you’d like to add it to your website like I did, go to Widgets and click on Registration or Marketing Page. You can choose from Embed Form, Fixed Bar Button, Pop-up, or Card.

I used a pop-up. You simply click on your preferred option, and you can design it here – choose where it appears, what colors you want, etc. At the bottom, you’ll find a code that you can copy and paste into your website.

Managing Registrants and Interaction

Next, you have your Analytics, Registrants, and Edit sections. Let’s pop into Edit. You can easily adjust the time zone to ensure your webinar runs at the right time. This is important if you want to interact with your viewers during the webinar.

Additionally, I’ll show you the Interaction feature. You can create questions and a poll to engage your viewers better. If they ask a question, it’s great to be available to answer it immediately. If not, it goes to your email, and you can respond later.

More Features of e-Webinar

Furthermore, in this section, you can manage chats, registrations, and settings. Editing the registration page is simple, and the platform gives you full control over how the webinar runs.

e-Webinar is incredibly user-friendly, affordable, and has a training section to help you script your webinar and master the platform. There’s no need for expensive courses when e-Webinar offers everything you need.

Final Thoughts

Now that you know how to use easy and effective webinar platforms to create and manage your online webinars, remember that these efforts can be part of an automated process to sell digital products. If you want to learn more about how to sell digital products while you sleep, check out this comprehensive guide.

Ciao!

Keep reading to discover 8 Ways to Declutter your Online Biz.

Finding Treasures

In the process of decluttering, you never know what you’re going to find. You may find an old opt-in that you can turn into a product. You may find an old course or product that you made years ago and you’d never took the time to Market it.

Decluttering is a great way to help sustain what you have going on right now in a very easy way, without having to make more products or take more time to create something new.

You probably have a treasure Trove of products that you can use just hanging out in your files. In the process of decluttering, you may be inspired with new ideas as well.

Creating a consistent declutter strategy

If you haven’t decluttered your business for a while, you probably have some hours of work to do which can be overwhelming just in and of itself.

Answer?

Create a weekly decluttering strategy!

Time blocking with a timer is an incredible way to keep you focused and consistent. Declare your declutter day of the week…or if you want to set this a daily non-negotiable too that would help you declutter even faster.

Declare your decluttering place!

If the weather is great, take yourself outside. Use the energy of nature to help you enjoy your decluttering process.

Bad weather? Treat yourself to your favorite hot beverage at a coffee shop.

Love working with others? Join an online decluttering party. If you’re interested in joining my decluttering group, head on over to my high Vibe solopreneur Facebook group and you’ll be notified within the group when I have my decluttering time and we can declutter together so you don’t feel so alone in the process. Makes it a little bit more enjoyable.

  • Step 1: Declare day, time, length and location.
  • Step 2: Put it in your calendar.
  • Step 3: Declare what area you’re choosing to declutter.
  • Step 4: Keep track of your declutter progress to feel you have accomplished something. A way to help you feel productive while you’re doing this is to write down the number of files you have decluttered.

For example: if you know your emails before you start and then write down where you ended up so you can see how much you’ve deleted. This keeps you encouraged with a sense of productivity within a specific time frame.

How often to declutter?

Tons of clutter?

Daily in small bits to tame the files.

Not so much?

You could probably get by with weekly.

Feel you have got your clutter tamed?

Maintain with monthly sessions.

8 Ways to Declutter your Online Biz

These eight areas I’m going to give you are going to help you inspire you what you need to do in your business. I specifically chose these eight areas because they are my hot cluttered places.

1. Google Suite

Do you use Google Suite? Let me know in the comments below.

I use Google Suite for Google Docs, Slides for presentations, and sheets for organization.

I’ve been using Google Docs for years for my students. The declutter process is simple. Go to your drive and start deleting files you no longer need. Click the three little dots in the upper right corner of the file and then click delete.

In the process of decluttering, you may easily organize any files that you will not be deleting.

2. Dropbox

If you use Dropbox, you most likely have a lot of files that can be deleted or organized. I use Dropbox with my students, courses, marketing files, images, stock photos etc. Basically, all files from my online biz that need to be stored. For me, everything is in Dropbox!

These files can also be a Treasure Trove of things that need to be decluttered and at the same time products that could be finished or repurposed.

Don’t have Dropbox? Get it here!  (if you enroll with this link, they give me a bit more storage space.)

Spending a bit of decluttering time in your Dropbox account allows you to reacquaint yourself with your files, and delete all unnecessary or outdated files.

3. eMails

This place gets filled up quick! I don’t know about you, but I think right now I have over 20, 000 emails in one email account alone. EEK!!!

The strategy I use to speed up this process is to click on an email you will delete, copy and paste who it’s from, and put it in the search bar. All the emails from that specific person will then appear. Click the box to select all the emails and you may be able to delete hundreds of emails very quickly in that fashion.

4.Canva/Picmonkey

The next place is Canva/PicMonkey. These are the two platforms I use to create images for my online presence.

Don’t have Canva? Get it here!

Canva and Picmonkey fill up fast if you delete files on a regular basis. Any images you don’t want to delete, create folders for them and get them organized.

5. Smartphone

The next place to go to is on your phone. You may find, have tons of images or videos on your phone that you could easily download. If you want to keep them or delete so they’re not taking up space on your phone as well you can put them on a hard drive or put them in a Dropbox.

If you’re like me I use my phone for videos. I use my phone for images and it gets pretty full so that’s a great place to clear out and that’s something that you can do if you have your phone with you everywhere, so if you’re sitting in the car waiting for somebody. If you’re on the bus or if you’re waiting for a plane, whatever it is, you can take out your phone and just start deleting pictures that you don’t want anymore or start filing them away.

6. Trello

The next place to go to to clear out could be if you use Trello or Asana.

Don’t have Trello? Get it Here!

You may have some old Trello boards that you’re not even using anymore. To declutter simply to go in your account and take out what you need from those Trello boards then click delete.

Take the time to reorganize what you do have so you keep everything really Slim lined.

7. Social Media

This is a really big topic you may want to break it down even smaller. So depending you know if you’re using Instagram a lot or Facebook or YouTube you probably have a lot of things in there that you can clean out.

Maybe even friends and followers on Facebook, you can clean out your playlists on YouTube.

Reorganize what you have that you’ve saved. Pinterest is another place. Social media is a must for constant maintenance. You may find at least 20 minutes of social media clean out on a weekly basis is necessary.

8. Websites

If you maintain your own website, head on over to the back end of your website and start the decluttering process with your Pages first. Clear out any pages that are not being used on your website anymore.

You can filter by date created and start with the oldest content if you desire. If you realize that you didn’t want to delete something, you can just pop into your trash and retrieve it if you need to.

Let me know in the comments below what are you going to choose to spring clean in your business and don’t forget if you want to have some company in doing so, check out my Facebook group High Vibe solopreneurs and we can Spring Clean together. I’ll see you there. Caio.

Quick YouTube Editing in iMovie: A Comprehensive Guide for Efficient Video Creation

If you’re a YouTube content creator, you know that editing videos can be both time-consuming and challenging. But with the right tools and knowledge, quick YouTube editing in iMovie can save you hours and help you produce high-quality videos. iMovie is a powerful yet user-friendly video editing software that allows creators to streamline their workflow without sacrificing the quality of their content. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, these tips will help you edit your videos faster and more efficiently, while keeping them engaging for your audience.

1. Start by Opening iMovie and Creating a New Project

When you first open iMovie, you’re presented with the option to create a new project. This is the first step in quick YouTube editing in iMovie. Start by selecting “Create New Project” from the main screen. Choose a project name that reflects your video content, so you can easily find it later. This step might seem simple, but it’s important to keep your projects organized right from the start.

2. Import Your Video Files into iMovie for Editing

Now that your project is set up, it’s time to bring your media into iMovie. Click the “Import Media” button to select the video files you want to edit. You can drag and drop your video files directly into iMovie from your computer or import them from an external device, such as your camera or phone. Be sure to upload all the clips you need so you don’t have to keep switching between your file system and the editing window while working.

Once the media files are in iMovie, they appear in the media library, ready for editing. You can use the timeline below to arrange and edit your footage by dragging clips onto it. Keep in mind that having all your files in one place helps speed up your workflow and eliminates distractions.

3. Select the Clip You Want to Edit First

The first clip you edit sets the tone for the rest of your video. Click on the video clip you want to work with, and you’ll see a yellow border around it. This indicates that the clip is selected and ready for editing. Once your clip is selected, you can start trimming, cutting, and adjusting the audio levels. The editing options are located at the top of the screen, and they become active when a clip is selected.

Editing in iMovie is intuitive, so even if you’re new to the software, you’ll find that most of the tools are easy to use. For instance, you can use the “Split Clip” tool to cut sections of the clip that you don’t need.

4. Trim Excess Footage and Improve Flow

One of the most important steps in quick YouTube editing in iMovie is trimming unnecessary footage. Start by reviewing the entire clip and identifying sections that are irrelevant or too long. For instance, if you have a long intro or an awkward pause, trim it out to maintain a steady flow. To trim a clip, simply move the playhead (the vertical line) to the point where you want to cut, right-click, and choose “Split Clip.”

By removing dead space and irrelevant footage, you can keep your audience engaged and your video concise. Remember, viewers on YouTube have a short attention span, so every second counts!

5. Adjust Audio for Clear and Balanced Sound

Sound quality is just as important as video quality. If your video contains audio that’s too loud, too soft, or distorted, it can turn viewers away. Fortunately, iMovie has an audio editing feature that helps you balance the sound. Click the “Audio” button at the top and adjust the volume levels of each clip. If any audio levels peak into the yellow zone, lower them until they stay in the safe range.

You can also separate the audio from the video, allowing you to edit them independently. This is useful if you want to add a background music track while keeping your voiceover clear. Consider using royalty-free music or sound effects to enhance the mood of your video.

6. Incorporate Transitions for Smooth Scene Changes

If your video contains multiple clips, adding transitions can make the flow between them smoother. iMovie offers a variety of transitions like fades, wipes, and slides. To add a transition, click on the “Transitions” tab in the media library and drag your preferred transition between clips on the timeline. You can adjust the length of the transition by dragging its edges.

Transitions help maintain a smooth visual experience for your viewers, and they also add a professional touch to your video. Be mindful of using transitions sparingly, though—too many can make your video feel cluttered.

7. Add Titles to Highlight Key Information

Titles are an essential part of YouTube videos, especially when you need to highlight important points or provide additional context. iMovie offers many title templates, ranging from simple text to animated titles. To add a title, click on the “Titles” tab and drag your chosen title style onto the timeline. You can customize the text, font, and animation to match your video’s tone.

Make sure your titles are clear and easy to read, and use them to guide viewers through your content. You can add titles to introduce topics, give context to a scene, or include a call to action at the end of your video.

8. Use Music and Sound Effects to Create Atmosphere

Music and sound effects can elevate the mood of your video. iMovie provides a library of royalty-free music tracks and sound effects that you can use to enhance your video. If you want to set a specific mood, choose a music track that complements the content of your video. For example, upbeat music is great for energetic tutorials, while calming music works well for relaxation videos.

To add music, click on the “Audio” tab and drag your chosen track to the timeline. You can adjust the volume of the music to make sure it doesn’t overpower your voice or any other important sounds in the video.

9. Add B-Roll to Maintain Visual Interest

B-Roll is supplementary footage that enhances the main content of your video. It’s often used to illustrate points or break up talking-head segments. For example, if you’re discussing a product, you can show B-Roll footage of the product in use. Adding B-Roll not only makes your video more visually interesting, but it also helps maintain the viewer’s attention.

To add B-Roll, drag the footage onto the timeline above the main footage. You can resize and position it to ensure it complements the content seamlessly.

10. Review Your Video for Consistency and Quality

Once you’ve finished editing, take a moment to review the entire video from beginning to end. Pay attention to the pacing of your video—does it move too quickly or too slowly? Are there any parts that could be improved? Make sure all the edits flow smoothly and that the audio and visual elements are balanced.

11. Add an End Card to Encourage Engagement

An end card is an effective way to direct viewers to other videos or encourage them to subscribe to your channel. iMovie allows you to add an end card at the end of your video. Simply drag the “End Card” template from the “Titles” tab onto the timeline, and customize it with your own calls to action.

12. Export Your Final Video for Upload to YouTube

Finally, once you’re satisfied with your edits, it’s time to export your video. iMovie allows you to export your project in different resolutions, making it suitable for various platforms, including YouTube. When exporting, select the resolution that fits YouTube’s requirements for optimal video quality.

By following these steps, you can quickly edit your YouTube videos in iMovie while maintaining high standards of quality. Whether you’re editing a short vlog, tutorial, or product review, iMovie offers the tools you need to create engaging and professional content without spending excessive time on editing. You can also learn how to monetize yourself online by leveraging your video content and building a profitable online presence.

Why I Use Youtube as My Content Creation Hub

As I’ve been on YouTube since 2010 and teaching online since 2012, I’ve discovered that YouTube has brought in most of my clients out of all the social media platforms. In this post, discover why I use YouTube as a content creation hub.

Over the 10 years that I’ve been working online, YouTube has been my biggest lead generator for clients that I work with personally and also for clients that join my online programs and/or purchase my digital products.

Large Return on Time Invested

As I love a large return on my time invested, YouTube provides this for me. A video that I created for an online course three years ago is still generating students for that online course.
This is why I love YouTube. I make one video, and for years it works as my salesperson 24/7: while I’m sleeping, while I’m practicing, while I’m working with my clients, while I’m teaching.
Violin videos that I have made years ago are still bringing me clients to this day. This is Why I Use YouTube as My Content Creation Hub.

Video Captures YOU!

I love working with video because you get to know me as a person, my energy, my smile, my enthusiasm, and you can understand if I am the right person for you to work with by the tone of my voice, by how I use my words. You know by my energetic vibration if we are a good fit or not.
If you resonate with me, great! If not, you can move on to the next YouTube video.
With video, people get to know my teaching style, people get to know me as the business owner that I am and how I work online, plus people get to know how I use mindset in my business and in my violin journey.

Consistency is Key!

As I am on other social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, the place that I continuously show up week after week, two times a week, in fact, is on YouTube.
Not to say that if I showed up even more on Instagram it wouldn’t be beneficial to my business, but the reason I show up consistently on YouTube is that I know this video will be seen by people for years to come.
It’s not going to disappear after 24 hours or not be in somebody’s feed after 24 hours.

Youtube is a search engine

If somebody searched on a specific topic and the title of my video, my keywords match the solution that they’re searching for, then boom they get to see the video and it’s a perfect match.

If you’d like to learn more about how to make client magnet videos, you can check out this post here.

Start with a video script

Now before I get into all the reasons why I use YouTube as a hub for my business, you may be thinking well that’s not such a bad idea and I would really like to make videos too.

There are a lot of different options for a Youtube video script of which you can easily find searching on Youtube. But what I have found the best is to keep it simple.

I’ve created a video script template to help you out. It’s one that I use personally to keep myself organized and know that every video I create has a purpose. You can get my video script template for free here!

Don’t underestimate the power of the video title

When you create your video script think about the solution that people are searching for and that you’re providing in the video so that you can use your title as a hook for them to see, “Hey you know what? This video has some answers for me. I’m going to check this out.”

Don’t create videos just to create videos

I’m not creating videos just to create videos. I want those videos to work for me whether it’s attracting emails, whether it’s collecting comments, whether it’s bringing somebody to my online course, whether it’s used to create more views on my YouTube channel, whatever it is, every single video I make has a purpose behind it.

Youtube as the hub SAVES TIME!

So let’s get into this. Why do I just love YouTube as my content creation hub? One it saves time. I make one video which I edit it in iMovie.

If you want tips, check out this post, “How to edit in iMovie.” At least how I use iMovie to edit.

Once I have edited the movie then I save that file for Facebook. Then I add the end screen and I save that for YouTube and then I create a shorter version that can be used on Pinterest and Instagram.

I also take the YouTube video and I embed it into my blog post. I use the subtitles from every YouTube video I make as the foundation for that blog post. So it saves a lot of time.

As you see, one video multiple platforms.

Youtube allows me to stay balanced

I choose not to work on my business 24/7. I do play the violin. I do have clients that I work with. I do teach violin. I play piano as well and I accompany so I have a lot of things on my plate that I want to make sure that I’m balanced.

Plus I swim every day and I’m on the treadmill for an hour. So I’m sure you can understand, it’s not that we have a blank slate of 24 hours to work on our business. We need to be balanced. Creating one video and using it for multiple platforms helps me to achieve this.

Youtube videos collect your fans and followers

YouTube videos are a great way to collect your tribe. Whether that is getting them onto your email list by providing a wonderful offer for them in exchange for their email or whether that’s inviting them to your Facebook group.

Youtube videos drive sales

YouTube videos are also great to sell your products, your courses. Another great reason Why I Use Youtube as My Content Creation Hub. There are multiple places you can leave a link directing people to the solution to what they’re looking for.

Where to put links:

  • YouTube Cards which show up on the upper right hand corner
  • Description below the video
  • Video end screen
  • Comments below the video which you can pin to stay at the top
  • Blog post where the video is embedded

Turn your gifts to gold

10 Time Management Tips for Creatives and Online Biz Owners

Feeling overwhelmed? As creatives we have tons of projects. That is what we do, we create! In this post, I’m going to give 10 time management tips for creatives on how to create more time each and every day for you to get your projects done.

The first place to investigate where you can create more time is actually to capitalize on your personal energy. When do you feel like you have the most energy during the day? When do you feel most awake? Most mentally alert?

My peak time is typically in the morning or after a physical activity. Now you may find this to be true for yourself, as well that after exercise, you feel really good and motivated after a walk in nature, after a walk outside, you’re ready to go for it and hit your day.

Maybe morning isn’t your best time. Just figure out when your peak performance period is and schedule your projects that need the most attention during that time. If you know you experience a mid-afternoon slump at three o’clock and struggle to think clearly, don’t schedule tasks that require deep concentration then. Trying to push through when your brain is tired only works against you. It’s better to take a break, do something fun, and come back to it later. This approach is also much better for your health.

Create workflows

Trello is the website I use to create workflows for my projects. I have so many projects going on, and I’m sure you do too. It takes up a lot of brain space to even remember where I left off on one project and where I need to pick up on another.

As a violinist and an online entrepreneur, I have rehearsals or concerts, and during those three or four days, I’m not even in touch with my online world. When I need to get back to it, I often think, “How am I supposed to remember everything?”

That’s why workflows really work for me. I create a workflow for my week and another one for my projects. This way, I always know exactly where I left off on each project.

As online entrepreneurs, we juggle so many different tasks and wear so many hats that it’s hard to keep track. Setting up a workflow for these different activities helps. Trello is great for this—it allows you to see where you left off and what still needs to be done. You can also set deadlines if you have specific dates for tasks. This way, you’ll know what needs to get done by when.

Get organized

To save time, it’s essential to stay organized. You don’t want to waste time searching for a specific file or trying to remember where you put something when you need it immediately. Set up a system that works for you so you can easily access your files.

If you feel like you don’t have time to get organized, that’s actually working against you. Make time to organize, and you’ll gain more time later. Schedule time to organize your files, and you’ll find that your next week will be much easier because you’ll know where everything is.

This revision focuses on reducing passive voice while keeping the original message intact.

Break it down

It’s very easy to get overwhelmed when you think about, “Oh I have to get this whole project done.” What you want to do is to break that project down into little bite-sized pieces and create your own map on how to get that project done. Another way to beat the overwhelm is to start with the smaller tasks. Just take a very, very small task and do that specific task.

Once you get the momentum going, then you’re going to find like, “Oh yeah, this is really, really fun. You get in the flow and you get in the zone and you’re able to actually do more. So just do one little step, one little task.

Use a timer

I love timers. Set your timer for 15 minutes and do something that you’re just not wanting to do. From the first second to the final second. You’ll feel so much better. Once you start it, you get over that first hump of not wanting to do something and actually get in there and do it, it’s like jumping in a pool. Once you jump in, you’re gonna find that you don’t have to be so anxious or have any fear or dread about doing a specific project.

Be realistic

If you know you only have three hours to work in a day, don’t schedule 10 hours of projects and then beat yourself up for not finishing. You’re setting yourself up for failure. Instead, set yourself up for success. Estimate how many hours it will take to complete a task and then schedule it into your day.

Prioritize

Prioritize. You might have a huge list of tasks, and everything may seem like it needs to be done at once. Take that list and prioritize which tasks are the most important. Set them into your workflow as high-priority. Label them with a red tag so you know these tasks are crucial. If you have limited time and feel like you need to finish everything, just focus on completing the most important tasks first.

Ask for help

If you find that you’re just not able to get everything done, you have tasks within your business that you know you could delegate to somebody else, hire on a virtual assistant for a specific amount of time, just for specific tasks. So that you can get what you need to have done and feel more at ease and at peace.

Stay focused on the end result

Stay focused on your results. Stay aligned to what you are wanting to achieve and not allow yourself to get distracted by the many things that are around you. Stay focused.

Learn to say no

You don’t have to do everything and you don’t have to be everywhere. It’s okay to say no.

Reward yourself

Give yourself a gift. Don’t wait until you finish your project to give yourself a gift, reward yourself for one day of work where you’re not feeling overwhelmed. Make this reward something that you feel like you don’t have time to do. If you feel like you don’t have time to do yoga, go do yoga as your reward for completing a specific task. That way you can motivate yourself. You can be your own cheerleader and get that task done and then go do what you want to do. Give yourself the gift of time.

Be Selfish – Make Time for You

Do you feel you never have enough time for your favorite activities? Do you feel that time is just not on your side? What if I told you this is all a self-sabotaging lie.

In this post, discover how to make time work for you and clear your limiting beliefs stopping you from believing that you have more than enough time.

What don’t you have time for?

First, think about what exactly you do not have the time for. If you fill in the blank for this sentence: I never have enough time for…What pops in your mind?

I never have enough time for…

and let’s do another one. I wish I had more time so I can…

what popped in your mind? Share in the comments below. I’d love to hear.

Now I want you to think about what is exactly stopping you from doing those activities. Why are you not allowing yourself to do what you never have time for?

For example, let’s say you want to exercise but you just don’t have enough time in the day to exercise.

Your excuse may be, “Oh I don’t have a membership at the gym. I don’t have exercise clothes.”

What are your excuses from doing what you want to do?

Another popular one is, “If I had more time I would read more.”

What is stopping you from doing that now?

Do you feel you have to finish something else in order to give yourself that gift of time to do what you want to do?

Make, making time for you, your priority

You have your daily tasks. You may believe that you are unable to have time to do what you love because you have more work than what you have time for. You feel that you have to finish something before you allow yourself to have time for your activities.

What happens is days go by, years go by and you never get to what you really want to have time for.

First, give yourself the gift of courage. Think about a lion. Visualize a lion. Give yourself the courage to give yourself the gift of time.

Whatever those excuses are that are stopping you is probably keeping you in a little bit of a comfort zone possibly there’s something you don’t want to address if you allow yourself the time to do that activity. Perhaps it takes a little bit of courage. Perhaps it takes a lot of inertia but you can do it. Just do it.

You are enough. You have enough and that includes time.

Starting now, give yourself the gift of time of at least 15 minutes a day doing that specific activity you think that you never have time for. ❤ 💗 💘

Share in the comments below what you are going to do. What have you decided your 15 minutes is going to be today?

High Vibe Activities

These activities that light us up, that we typically don’t have the time for, actually help us raise our vibration. They’re what I call high vibe activities.

High vibe activities can be reading that book, doing yoga, exercising, swimming, meditating, practicing your art, drawing, playing an instrument, riding your bike, tapping into the fullness of you, that’s a high vibe activity.

When we do those high vibe activities and if we do them on a daily basis, we start to raise our vibrational frequency. Why is it so important to raise our vibrational frequency? So we feel better, so we feel lighter, so we can help more people.

Prioritize Yourself

You know what? You don’t have to do something else first so that you’re deserving to give yourself that gift of time. You are enough right now to give yourself that gift of time now to do what you want to do.

You no longer need to play the victim or the martyr.

Do you know why? Because it doesn’t work. Perhaps you feel like you have to serve others before you can do something for yourself. Some people find it easier to serve others than to give themselves that gift of time.

What it comes down to is choice.

What are you choosing to do? Where are you choosing to spend your time?

Be selfish! If you fill yourself up first, you will be able to serve others better and longer. Be full of yourself. Fill yourself up with your high vibe activities and what you love.

Put yourself first and you will have so much more energy to give to others.

Stand in the power of you.

Stand in the power of the fullness and the wholeness of you. If you truly want to have the energy to serve others, serve yourself first. Get that massage. Go to the sauna, exercise, practice your art.

Make time work for you

Perhaps you’re one of those people that has a to-do list that’s higher than Mount Everest. When you just look at that to-do list or you think about that things-to-do list, you just put yourself into a feeling and state of overwhelm.

I actually call this phenomenon frozen-whelm and it’s a lot easier to check out, get yourself on the divan with a glass of wine and watch Netflix for hours upon hours than to actually take the first step to do the list.

This is why you have such a huge list is because it’s just a trigger for you to check out. Researchers Robert e Goodin say,

“Those who are overworked, those who have the least free time, largely do it to themselves.”

Prioritize and Streamline

Take out a piece of paper and create three columns. The first column is your brain dump column. Write down everything that you feel like you have to do.

In the second column, only select three high-priority tasks from first column. These are your tasks for today. You don’t have to finish them, you just have to start them or at least take the first step.

Your third column is what you’re going to give to the Universe to do.

You assign yourself three things and the rest is for the Universe.

You may be thinking, Okay how’s that going to really work Heather?”

Well, it works you know why? Because it gets you started on something and it’s allowing the Universe, your angels your spirit guides, your abundance team to work on those things behind the scenes and they will naturally and effortlessly occur and happen.

If not, they’ll fall off the list.

Do that every single day and you’ll be surprised at how things can happen. Things that you feel like are just impossible, that you just don’t even know where to start, or that you just don’t have the information of what to do, you have no idea how to even do it, you’ll find that person is going to pop into your life that may have the answer for you.

You’ll find a YouTube video with an answer for you and slowly you’ll be able to accomplish those things on your list while inflow instead of living in a state of anxiety and overwhelm.

Be grateful for time

Be so thankful and grateful that you have all the time in the world to get what you think you need to have done done. Think to yourself multiple times a day, “I am so grateful and thankful that I have all the time in the world to accomplish what I need to do.”

Remember when you have more, you can give more. When you believe that you have time, you’re going to be able to give more of yourself to others.

Take control of your life. Believe you have time and you will have time.

Give yourself that gift of time with a 15-minute high vibe activity. What are you going to be doing today?
